We're not a gig-economy free-for-all. Our first 25 sitters, walkers, and trainers in Washington get a 10% take rate for 12 months (vs. 20% standard), a free Checkr background check, and up to $150 in platform fee credits on early bookings.
In return: professional insurance, real vetting, and real professionalism. We don't run a "guarantee" fund that lets providers skip carrying their own coverage. That creates more problems than it solves.
